When to bite your tongue

Communication is key to a happy, healthy marriage but there are moments when it's best to zip it!

3 T's on when to bite your tongue:

TONE - When you think yelling or sarcasm are the only way to get your point across.

You can be right, but wrong at the top of your voice.

TIMING - When you or your spouse are hungry, angry or tired.

Most likely a nap or a snack can fix that!

TEMPTED - When you are tempted to make light of your spouse's feelings or a serious situation.

It's better to bite your tongue than to hurt your spouse's heart.
