What's the ONE THING you need?

What is the ONE THING you need to get the MOST out of your marriage?  (the answer might surprise you!)

 

Before we share our answer, what is yours?

 

Communication?

Compatibility?

Conflict Resolution Skills?

 

While all of these are good, necessary and helpful, we have found the answer to be HEALTH.

 

The quality of your health impacts your marriage significantly at any age and in any stage of marriage.

 

In our 30's, our marriage was affected by Kristen's mental health struggles. Her battle with depression put a big stress on our marriage. And now, in our 50's, the physical seems to be challenging due to pickleball injuries and chronic back pain!

 

We want to be able to enjoy our marriage and life in general for years to come and we think the fellas over at

HOLOHLTH have captured what the 7 habits of a truly a healthy life looks like:

 

1. Sleep Well

2. Eat Clean

3. Move Often

4. Increase Clarity

5. Decrease Stress

We have found implementing these daily habits helpful and thought you might too. Our marriages are the sum total of our big and small decisions and while focusing on everything can be overwhelming, we can do something to improve our health...one MARRIAGE MINUTE MONDAY at a time.
